Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced performance marketing professional to join our team as a Paid Social Specialist.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other social platforms, with expertise in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.This role involves designing and delivering training programs for teams, conducting onboarding sessions, and developing learning paths aligned to business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking progress, evaluating training effectiveness, and contributing to career pathing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage paid social campaigns end to end, including setup, optimizations & reporting.Design and deliver structured training programs across Search and Paid Social platforms.Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees.Develop platform-specific and cross-channel learning paths aligned to business goals.Partner with Capability Leads and Team Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps, and certification requirements.Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement.Conduct live workshops, certification bootcamps (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Skillshop), and simulation-based learning.Create, maintain, and update training materials, playbooks, and SOPs.Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and automation frameworks across campaign planning, execution, and reporting.RequirementsA full time graduate degree is mandatory.5–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads & other social platforms (Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads), and Google Ads is an added advantage.Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring within an agency or corporate setting will be a plus.Strong understanding of platform capabilities, measurement frameworks and optimization strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Certified in at least two of the social platforms.Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.Familiarity with QA processes, campaign governance, and tool-based workflows is a plus.
