Drive Business Growth through Paid Social CampaignsWe are seeking a seasoned Paid Social specialist to lead our paid social campaigns and drive business growth.This role involves end-to-end campaign setup, optimization and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering structured training programs across various social platforms.Design and deliver beginner to advanced level training sessions on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads.Partner with Capability Leads and Team Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps and certification requirements.To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing with strong emphasis on Meta Ads and other social platforms. A full-time graduate degree is mandatory.A certified professional with excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
