Collector Position in Outbound CollectionsWe are seeking a professional to assume the role of Collector in the Outbound Collections department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within an OTC Collections team, with a finance background and excellent communication skills.Main Responsibilities:Collection of complex/high profile accounts in the portfolio following a defined collection strategy and accountability for aged receivables as per defined metrics/SLAs.Implementation of service stops according to process.Review of UMCC and on account payments as per ICMP guidelines.Identification of potential write-offs for clearing aged debts.Accountability for debt and cash targets achievement on a quarterly/monthly basis.Timely and correct dunning process + handover of insolvent customers/customers unwilling to pay to legal collections.Detection and assistance in process improvement opportunities for collection + system enhancements.Closure of technical knowledge gaps through collaboration with Administrators and Team leaders.Responsible for implementing new processes within the team.Adherence to established processes and strategies to achieve optimal results in a controlled environment.
