Job Title: Cloud Migration ExpertWe are seeking an experienced professional to support end-to-end data migration activities between Sage X3 and other business systems.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with complex financial datasets, X3 table structures, SQL queries, data mapping, and migration best practices.Key Responsibilities:Perform end-to-end data migration between Sage X3 and external systems.Extract, transform, and load data (ETL) using Microsoft SQL Server and related tools.Understand and map Sage X3 table structures (e.g., BPCUSTOMER, BPADDRESS, SINVOICE, PINVOICE, GACCENTRY, PAYMENTH, etc.).Clean and validate large datasets ensuring accuracy and consistency.Develop scripts, stored procedures, and automation for migration tasks.Sage X3 Functional & Technical Expertise:Work closely with finance and operations teams to understand data requirements.Handle Master Data: Customers, Suppliers, Products, Chart of Accounts, Taxes.Support transactional data migration: Invoices, Receipts, Journals, Orders, Payments, Ledgers.Ensure data aligns with Sage X3 Financial Module rules (AP, AR, GL).Data Validation & Testing:Conduct pre-migration and post-migration validation.Prepare reconciliation reports and audit logs.Troubleshoot data issues, inconsistencies, and validation errors.Documentation & Support:Maintain detailed documentation for mappings, scripts, workflows, and migration logs.Provide support to Finance, Operations, and ERP teams during UAT and Go-Live.Train end users on data standards and migration outputs if needed.
