Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support the design, deployment, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, and DevOps with experience in AWS (preferred) and Azure cloud environments.Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing Windows-based infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and related services, in both cloud and hybrid environments.Additionally, the role involves assisting in the continuous improvement of high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies across cloud environments.The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and managing cloud capacity and resource scaling, ensuring infrastructure availability aligns with application demand and SLAs.Furthermore, they will comply with operations guardrails, ensuring security, compliance, cost efficiency, and governance best practices across cloud infrastructure.The Cloud Infrastructure Specialist will work closely with the DevOps team to build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to streamline provisioning and management of cloud resources.They will also support the management of CI/CD pipelines using Octopus Deploy, ensuring they align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.Experience with cloud monitoring and observability strategies such as Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor is highly desirable.The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills, as well as effective communication and documentation skills.Benefits include 100% remote work, flexible working hours, and a paid holiday at the end of the year.Our approach to Flexible Working emphasizes work-life balance and open communication.
