Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions.The role requires strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and virtualization (VMware). Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping) is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for hybrid environments.Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery across data centers, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.Develop and optimize Discovery Patterns, Probes, and Sensors to ensure comprehensive coverage of hybrid IT.Manage MID Servers for both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring secure, scalable communication.Requirements:7+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure design and implementation.Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping).Proven expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and VMware.Familiarity with protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, REST, SOAP, JDBC).Solid understanding of CSDM, CMDB design, and service dependency mapping.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery & Service Mapping.Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Cloud Engineer).This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
