Job Title: Regional Placement ManagerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Placement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.You will identify and target key IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation, develop strategies to engage with them, and promote the benefits of recruiting students from our institution.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to foster a collaborative environment that promotes student employment opportunities.Targeted Outreach: Identify and target key IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation to develop strategic partnerships.Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement engagement strategies to attract and retain top talent from these companies.Candidate Development: Collaborate with faculty and alumni to identify and refer candidates who meet the needs of our target companies.Event Management: Organize and coordinate employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to provide valuable networking opportunities for students.Recruitment Support: Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.As a Regional Placement Manager, you will have the opportunity to stay updated on industry trends and provide relevant information to students, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers.Why Join Our Team?We offer a dynamic work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
