Role Summary:

We are seeking a business-savvy, people-oriented Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong project/business management qualifications, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully steering projects to completion. Working closely with Management, you will lead project planning, coordination, and monitoring, ensuring top-notch deliverables and adherence to deadlines. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking, we would love to hear from you.


Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Design Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration.

• Additional certifications like PMP or CAPM are advantageous.

• 4-6 years of experience managing projects with creative teams and C-suite

clients.


Project Management Skills:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and industry-specific software.

• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and scope.

• Extensive experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality results on time, ensuring client satisfaction.


Design Understanding:

• Basic understanding of design principles and their application.


Communication and Collaboration:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-design stakeholders.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.


Organizational Skills:

• Outstanding organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and optimal resource utilization.


Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail:

• Proficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure and address potential project risks proactively.

• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.


Client Relationships and Management:

• Expertise in building and managing client relationships, with experience in crisis management.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with client teams, foster long-term relationships, and scale projects.

• Adaptability to changes in project scope or timelines.

• Excellence in negotiations.
