Senior Programmatic Executive Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmatic Executive to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programmatic campaigns while supporting our overall digital strategy.The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in DV360 and TTD (other DSPs are a plus). You will need strong execution skills, client-facing confidence, and the ability to deliver results-driven campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns primarily on DV360 to deliver against client KPIs.Identify optimization opportunities, consumer touchpoints, and apply industry best practices to drive performance.Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, timelines, and ROI to ensure effective delivery.Support cross-functional collaboration (creative, strategy, analytics) to maximize campaign results.Conduct campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis, and share insights with clients and internal teams.Assist in creating campaign strategies, media plans, and client presentations.Perform daily account checks, review campaign setups, and recommend improvements.Profile Requirements2–3 years of hands-on experience with DV360 (knowledge of other DSPs is a plus).Strong experience in campaign execution and optimization within a fast-paced environment.Experience with Gaming Clients/ Industry.Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and apply them to improve performance.Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign tracking and reporting.Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and client-facing discussions.Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and deliver campaigns with attention to detail.
