Job Overview We’re looking for a results-driven and analytical Jr. Paid Social Specialist to lead the execution of high-performing Meta ad campaigns for DAM and our partner brands. This role will involve full-funnel campaign setup, audience research, performance optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a blend of data savvy and creative thinking, and is deeply familiar with the Meta ads ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Strategy: Strategize, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, aligned with brand objectives. Conduct in-depth audience research to create effective targeting strategies that maximize ROI. Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize creative, copy, and audience performance. Monitor and adjust campaigns to hit KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain reports tracking core performance metrics. Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients based on performance data. Collaborate with Account Managers to interpret data and drive campaign improvements. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad assets that convert. Provide direction on what creatives and messaging perform best based on campaign data. Stay on top of Meta’s evolving features, ad formats, and best practices. Required Skills and Experience 1+ years of experience managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns with clear performance goals. Deep understanding of the Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and pixel/event setup. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Comfortable working with creative teams and offering strategic input on content. Bonus: Experience working with e-commerce and DTC brands.
