Google Ads Specialist

A Google Ads Specialist at Digital Advantage will be responsible for strategising, setting up, optimizing and measuring Google Ad campaigns to meet agreed KPIs of clients across various industries. You would be coordinating with the Account Manager to understand requirements and occasionally attend client meetings to ideate and present ideas to them. You must be passionate about learning about different industries, process oriented, organized, accountable and a team player. We foster a fun and creative environment, but we are fast-paced and need an applicant that can deliver under deadlines. Digital Advantage is a performance marketing/ growth consulting company helping young brands and traditional businesses to grow their business by making the most of digital media.ResponsibilitiesStrategise, setup, optimizing and measuring different varieties of campaigns including search, shopping, PMax, etc to achieve desired KPIsUnderstanding clients products/ service and business goals to target to well researched, keywords and audiencesRun testing to determine the best performing adsMaintain reports to monitor performance for Account Managers and ClientsStay up-to-date with ad trends, google ads updates and competitor performanceRequired Skills and Experience2+ years of experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Demand Generation, YouTube)Managing Google shopping campaigns and Merchant Center product feedsExperience with GA4 and Google Tags ManagerA strong analytical ability to setup data measurement systems and analyze test results effectivelyAbility to write headlines and descriptions is a plusAbility to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously without creating chaosDigital Advantage is a dynamic performance marketing and growth consulting company committed to helping brands achieve unprecedented growth through digital media.
