Servicenow Architect Position OverviewJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Servicenow solutions.This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end solution design, architecture development, platform customization, integration, governance, performance optimization, security and compliance, and technical leadership.About This RoleThis position requires a deep understanding of Servicenow capabilities and expertise in designing scalable and efficient solutions that meet current and future business needs.The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, including experience with Servicenow applications, modules, integrations, and best practices.Strong communication and leadership skills are also required, as this role will involve guiding development teams and providing technical leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design: Lead the end-to-end solution design process for Servicenow implementations.Architecture Development: Design and architect scalable and efficient Servicenow solutions that meet current and future business needs.Platform Customization: Customize and configure Servicenow applications and modules.Integration: Design and implement integrations between Servicenow and other systems.Governance and Best Practices: Establish and maintain Servicenow governance processes, development standards, and best practices.Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability improvements.Security and Compliance: Ensure that Servicenow solutions meet security requirements and compliance standards.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.8+ years of experience in Servicenow administration, development, or architecture.Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Servicenow solutions.Expertise in Servicenow applications, modules, integrations, and best practices.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
