Senior ServiceNow ArchitectLeads the strategic planning and implementation of large-scale ServiceNow solutions.Translates business requirements into innovative, scalable, and high-performing ServiceNow configurations and integrations.Designs and architects efficient ServiceNow solutions that meet current and future business needs while adhering to industry standards and best practices.Customizes and configures ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).Develops integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods to ensure seamless data exchange and process flow.Establishes and maintains ServiceNow governance processes and development standards for the organization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, leading multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are preferred.Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using various ServiceNow modules and applications.Deep understanding of ITIL framework and best practices, and the ability to align ServiceNow solutions with ITIL principles.Experience in ServiceNow integration, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes.
