Senior Enterprise ServiceNow ArchitectThe role of Senior Enterprise ServiceNow Architect involves planning, designing, and delivering technical architecture for ServiceNow solutions in alignment with client requirements. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise to design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, and others.Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.Lead the development of custom applications, scoped apps, integrations, and Service Portal components, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Develop strategies for integrating different modules and services using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware tools to enable efficient data exchange.Provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture to design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.Key Skills and Qualifications:At least 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years dedicated to ServiceNow.A minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect is preferred.A deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and development best practices.Our Ideal Candidate:Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.Is passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
