The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for creating and managing MIS reports, enhancing data accuracy, and implementing effective solutions using their technical expertise. The candidate should possess mandatory skills such as Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and Dashboards.Qualifications and SkillsProficient in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) for data analysis and creating complex spreadsheets to support decision-making.Experience in using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) (Mandatory skill) to automate and enhance Excel functionalities.Ability to design and utilize dashboards (Mandatory skill) for monitoring key metrics and business performance indicators.Strong understanding of SQL for querying databases and retrieving pertinent information efficiently.Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and creating interactive reports.Proven ability in MIS reporting to collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights for strategic initiatives.Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings to stakeholders clearly.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and automate MIS reports utilizing tools like Excel and VBA to support various business processes.Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into MIS solutions.Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation from various databases to generate comprehensive reports.Design and implement dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and aid strategic decision-making.Ensure data accuracy and consistency by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting discrepancies.
