The essence of the role

We are looking for an IT HR System Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our HR technology platforms to support business growth and employee success.

As an HR Systems Analyst, you will be the bridge between our IT and HR departments, ensuring that our HR systems are effectively utilized to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. This role involves the maintenance and optimization of HR systems, while also providing technical support and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless system functionality and data integrity.

As our IT HR System Analyst you will:

  • Proactively identify and analyses opportunities to optimize HR processes, streamline workflows, enhance system functionality and drive automation to better serve the needs of Sinch.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to upgrade, and maintain Oracle HCM and other HR technologies, ensuring they align with business needs.
  • Manage and support change management activities to facilitate smooth adoption and transition to new IT HR solutions, features, and functionalities.
  • Facilitate the validation of IT solutions against business requirements and user expectations and support HR in performing testing.
  • Provide training of new system functionality and workflows to HR team members.
  • Provide training of system-specific questions to IT HR team members.
