Noida, India APTO SOLUTIONS - EXECUTIVE SEARCH & CONSULTANTS Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source, identify, and engage with potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone/video) to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and key skills needed for roles.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, salary expectations, and best practices for hiring in the tech industry.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Provide a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing feedback and updates on application status.
  • Technical Understanding:
  • Develop a strong understanding of the technology stack and tools used within the organization to better evaluate candidates' skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, programming languages, and technical skills in demand.
  • Offer Management:
  • Coordinate and negotiate job offers, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Manage the hiring pipeline and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies to increase efficiency and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) as an IT recruiter or in a technical recruiting role.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles (software engineers, developers, network specialists, etc.), programming languages, and tech stacks.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of current recruitment best practices and trends.
  • Desirable:
  • Previous experience recruiting for startup/tech companies.
  • Familiarity with remote/hybrid work hiring practices.
