Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Financial Professional to play a crucial role in our Real Estate Capital Markets team. This highly analytical position will be responsible for business and market research, deal analysis, financial modelling, preparing strategic and market presentations, and providing management support to drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Financial Modeling & Analysis:​ Develop complex financial models for real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions, including DCF analysis, IRR, and NPV calculations.Analyze potential real estate investments, including market research, due diligence, and financial feasibility studies.Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to assess investment risks and opportunities.Evaluate property performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and operating expenses.Investment Analysis & Underwriting:​ Underwrite new real estate investment opportunities, including analyzing property financials, market data, and lease agreements.Prepare investment memorandums (IMs) and present findings to investment committees.Monitor and track the performance of existing real estate assets.Assist in the preparation of loan applications and manage relationships with lenders.Market Research & Data Analysis:​ Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and assess market trends.Analyze market data, including comparable sales, rental rates, and vacancy rates.Stay current on industry trends and real estate market conditions.Collaboration & Communication:​ Collaborate with other teams for obtaining market information.Present market research and financial information to management and investors.Communicate financial results and insights clearly and concisely.Other Responsibilities:Assist with transaction execution and due diligence processes.Support ad-hoc business and financial analysis requests as needed.Stay current on real estate finance principles and regulations.
