Expert O365 Services ManagerOur organization seeks an experienced professional to oversee and optimize Microsoft 365 services, focusing on security best practices and migration procedures.Key Responsibilities:Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, encompassing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services.Manage user accounts, licensing, and security configurations effectively.Utilize PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks to streamline operations.Maintain proficiency in the O365 admin portals and tools to ensure seamless service delivery.Implement and manage O365 security policies, including multifactor authentication, conditional access, and data encryption to safeguard assets.Ensure adherence to security standards, IAM, DLP, and threat protection protocols to minimize risk.Monitor and enhance the O365 security posture by leveraging Microsoft best practices and industry standards.Plan and execute migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 using effective methodologies (staged, cutover, hybrid).Minimize downtime and data loss during migrations through careful planning and execution.Configure and manage Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication purposes.Create and manage Teams channels, permissions, and integrations with other O365 services to facilitate efficient teamwork.As an O365 Expert, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest level of service quality and ensuring that our Microsoft 365 environment remains secure, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
