Job DescriptionThis role involves overseeing the successful implementation of client programs through strategic partnerships. The Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).Program Implementation & Management: Oversee the rollout of the program to drive pre-determined learner outcomes.Partner Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between NIIT and partner entities. Facilitate communication, resolve issues, and ensure partners have necessary resources.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze program performance against KPIs. Implement strategies to address gaps or areas for improvement.Quality Assurance: Work closely with content and credentialing teams to ensure program offerings meet high standards.Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and participants to inform continuous improvement.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on program status to senior management.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate has 8+ years' experience in program management/consulting roles and excellent communication skills.
