Global Procurement Leader

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to oversee all procurement activities across our global operations.About the RoleThis role will drive supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchasing governance, and end-to-end procurement processes that support our global programs, events, technology platforms, and operational functions. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, marketing, product teams, and external partners to ensure procurement excellence across all categories.Key Responsibilities:Develop Strategic Procurement Plans: Create and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget requirements.Manage Vendor Relationships: Evaluate, select, and monitor vendor performance across multiple categories.Negotiate Contracts: Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.Implement Governance Frameworks: Establish procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks across global operations.Oversee Procurement Operations: Manage purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.Build Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and ensure seamless procurement support.Drive Cost Efficiency: Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking to reduce costs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in multinational or fast-growing environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.Solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop procurement dashboards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Why Join Us?Work in a fast-growing global organization shaping the future of professional certification and executive education.Collaborative, high-performance culture with strong opportunities for career growth.Remote-first work environment with flexible global teams.We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.What We Value:Candidates with experience in service-based procurement (training, events, technology, marketing) are highly valued.
