Procurement Implementation Specialist

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Procurement Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of procurement projects, ensuring smooth execution and staying updated on the latest procurement tool developments.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the scope and statement of work (SOW) for procurement projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure effective project delivery.You will also be responsible for facilitating requirements and design sessions to define project goals, lead project planning and management to meet milestones, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and secure final sign-offs.In addition, you will manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support, design, facilitate, and support the implementation of IT changes, collaborating with business units and external service providers.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop/implement appropriate solutions that meet business needs and project requirements.Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, ensuring alignment and effective communication, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks and establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and external partners.Required Skills and Qualifications:Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop/implement appropriate solutions that meet business needs and project requirements.Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, ensuring alignment and effective communication, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks and establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and external partners.Benefits:We offer flexible work arrangements, remote work options, and flexible work hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Our career growth programs and diverse professions support your exploration of opportunities, equip yourself with valuable certifications in the latest technologies such as Generative AI.
