We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.About the RoleThis position involves owning the procure-to-pay cycle, including vendor onboarding, master data management, and payment coordination.You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, generating reports, and identifying process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Procure-to-Pay Cycle Management: vendor onboarding, master data management, purchase requisitions/orders, GRN & invoice matching, invoice processing and payment coordination.Vendor Relationship Management: queries, discrepancies, and compliance documentation accuracy.Cross-functional collaboration with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth operations and process alignment.P2P Report Generation and Maintenance: open POs, invoice ageing, vendor reconciliations, payment status, etc.Process Optimization Initiatives to improve P2P efficiency and reduce delays.Skills and QualificationsStrong communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Experience with procure-to-pay systems and processes.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
