Customer Support Specialist RoleWe are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our global team. This role involves working closely with engineers and managers to deliver exceptional customer service across a suite of software applications.Providing real-time assistance via chat and ticketing systems, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.Using customer insights and data analysis to identify recurring issues, recommend improvements, and share actionable findings with internal teams.Collaborating with product and engineering teams to provide quantitative feedback on customer pain points, influencing product enhancements and reducing user friction.Contributing to knowledge base development, process automation, and ongoing improvement initiatives for a better support experience.Investigating system behavior, troubleshooting root causes, learning new technologies, and sharing technical insights with the wider team.This role offers exposure to modern software models, scalable support processes, and cross-functional work in a fast-paced global setup. You will also promote a strong team culture aligned with focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical/Application Support within SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise software environments.Background in Computer Science or related fields is preferred.Solid understanding of B2B software products and customer lifecycle is required.Basic understanding of APIs, Webhooks, Postman, Insomnia, and ability to read code in Python or JavaScript is a plus.Ability to work in a 24×7×365 global support model with rotational shifts is essential.Strong communication and soft skills to interact with global clients are required.Key Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical/Application Support.Background in Computer Science or related fields.Solid understanding of B2B software products and customer lifecycle.What We Offer:Exposure to modern software models.Scalable support processes.Cross-functional work in a fast-paced global setup.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to apply for this position.
