About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic International Growth Associate to support creators worldwide in setting up and optimizing their SuperProfile accounts, driving their success on our platform. This role involves building strong creator partnerships, producing engaging content, and contributing to marketing efforts. The position requires working night shifts (IST) to accommodate US time zones, especially PST.


Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Marketing : Create viral content and success stories that showcase SuperProfile's revenue potential for creators. Lead high-impact webinars focused on monetization strategies and premium features.
  • User Acquisition & Growth : Drive aggressive user growth through targeted creator outreach and conversion optimization. Meet monthly targets for new signups and premium subscriptions.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Identify and secure partnerships with high-influence creators (10K+ followers) across major platforms. Design and implement revenue-sharing models to accelerate platform adoption.
  • Revenue Optimization : Coach creators on maximizing earnings through SuperProfile's premium features. Analyse and promote strategies from top-performing creators to drive platform-wide revenue.
  • Performance Analytics : Set and track KPIs for creator acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Provide data-driven recommendations for improving user monetisation.
  • Community Building : Develop and nurture a network of power users who drive referral growth. Gather strategic feedback to inform product development and increase market share.


Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in the creator economy, social media management, or a similar field.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of creator platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Global Awareness: Ability to connect with diverse, international creators.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of internet business models and trends within the creator economy.
  • On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable conducting webinars and creating video content.
