Position: Director of Sales


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Focus on acquiring new logos in the finance and accounting market, prioritizing high-value accounts that deliver substantial growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management. (Managing sales team of 3-4 members minimum)
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Negotiate and close deals with high-value clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve sales performance.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting for the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.



Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ Years of experience in B2B International sales
  • Graduate/postgraduate degree



Job Location, Work Timings and Work Model:

  • Gurugram/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Ahmedabad
  • 5:30 am-2:30 pm IST for AU /12.30pm to 09.30pm IST for UK/ 5.30pm TO 2.30am IST for US
  • Full time
