We provide services such as medical records management, appointment scheduling, Medical Scribing and administrative support, with a focus on ensuring efficient patient care for our clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Executive-IT Support Technician role for the night shift at Macro Outsourcing in New Delhi. The Executive-IT will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, managing network administration, and overseeing IT operations on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Network Administration and Information Technology expertise
- IT Operations management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software (Windows, Mac OS, etc.).
- Experience troubleshooting common IT problems, including hardware malfunctions, software crashes, and network issues.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (e.g., routers, switches, LAN/WAN).
- Proficiency in supporting software applications (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Familiarity with user account management, Active Directory, and other IT administration tasks.
- Set up and configure IT hardware and software systems, ensuring employees have the tools they need to perform their tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Cloud).
- Basic knowledge of IT security practices, data backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Support software installations, updates, and upgrades on employee systems.
Qualifications:
- 2+ yrs experience in an IT support or similar technical role.
- Basic knowledge of IT security practices, data backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Cloud).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field will be given high preference.
- Comfortable to work for the night shifts.
Job Location : Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi
