This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the full spectrum of HR operations in a fast-growing D2C startup.You’ll play a key role in managing the hiring pipeline, maintaining employee data, tracking attendance, and assisting in payroll processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.Maintain and update employee records, personal details, and onboarding documents.Manage and monitor daily attendance of all employees using internal tracking systems.Prepare and update the attendance and payout sheet in coordination with the accounts team.Support HR operations such as offer letters, joining formalities, and exit documentation.Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and timely hiring.Help maintain a positive and organized work environment aligned with company culture.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree or currently pursuing HR / Business Administration / related field.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities.Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic startup environment.What you'll gainHands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and payroll.Exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth beauty & D2C startup ecosystem.Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and department heads.Certificate of completion and potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
