Delivery Leader Job DescriptionAs the Delivery Head – IT Infrastructure Services, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services. Your main goal will be to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.The key responsibilities include:Revenue Growth & Account Expansion: Drive YoY revenue growth through strategic account planning and expansion of infrastructure services. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and lead proposal efforts to achieve business objectives.Profit & Margin Management: Own gross margin targets for fixed-bid and managed infrastructure contracts. Optimize delivery costs and ensure adherence to budgets for infrastructure projects.Budget & Contract Oversight: Manage contract renewals, amendments, and compliance. Oversee infrastructure service delivery with a focus on quality, scalability, and security.Client Relationship & Governance: Lead C-level stakeholder engagement and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews. Improve Net Promoter Score by addressing client pain points proactively.Team Leadership: Manage onsite/offshore delivery teams, foster innovation and skill development. Resolve critical escalations with minimal client impact.
