Job Title: Academic ManagerThis role involves overseeing the implementation of curriculum and activities at centers. Key responsibilities include supervision, audit of centers, communication with Headmistresses and Teachers staff, provision of information and feedback to Headmistresses, virtual learning curriculum development, organization and implementation of curriculum meets across India, coordination with HM and Principal on a day-to-day basis, collection and maintenance of various center-related data, monitoring of admissions at centers, guiding centers for publicity through events for admissions, setting up new centers and training, hand-holding and training of new HMs till they settle, developing mutual trust and respect, maintaining confidentiality, helping Headmistresses to solve problems, practicing active listening and taking feedback seriously, considering student safety and setting clear boundaries, being dependable and consistent in attending meetings at the Head office, progress reporting to Department head periodically, adhering to all policies and guidelines, developing and monitoring of various events all-round the year, training development and execution, interviewing and appointing Headmistresses, regular updating of the various dockets and PPTs of Prep, analysis and maintenance of important facts and details from centers with mentors, reporting to the Director with regular updates.About this Role:The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and implementing curricula.Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.Prior experience in education or related field is preferred but not required.Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation is a plus.Why Join Us:We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to make a difference in education.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and audit centersCommunicate with Headmistresses and Teachers staffProvide information and feedback to HeadmistressesDevelop and implement virtual learning curriculaCoordinate with HM and Principal on a daily basisCollect and maintain data on center operationsMonitor admissions and guide centers for publicitySet up new centers and train staffDevelop and monitor events throughout the yearInterview and appoint HeadmistressesRegularly update documents and reports
