This involves highlighting critical technical risks, mitigation plans, and providing insight and recommendations based on analyses and assessments of technical data, documents, and business processes.The development and implementation of an audit plan entail structured as well as technical audits, ensuring compliance with the internal audit manual, while encouraging a robust risk-aware culture.Tasks are managed and coordinated with team members, existing internal auditors at designated locations, and internal audit departments at key businesses to ensure planned technical audits are completed.Internal audits of management and operating systems, procedures, and controls are planned, conducted, and overseen to determine whether business units are performing in compliance with policies, procedures, international codes, and standards.Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures:Approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures are implemented, ensuring adherence to required standards.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical, is required. A master's in engineering is preferred.8 years of post-qualification experience in the power or water industry environment, in design, construction, commissioning, operation phases.Strong project management and multi-tasking skills are essential.Key Accountabilities:
