**Job Title**: Audit Executive - Stock / Inventory Audit

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **stock and inventory audits** across multiple locations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.
- Perform **physical stock counts, reconciliations, and process audits** to detect and report discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Review and evaluate **inventory systems, internal controls, and risk management procedures** related to stock management.
- Document and report audit findings, highlighting **process weaknesses, discrepancies, and actionable recommendations**.
- Analyze **inventory transactions and stock movements** to ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting principles.
- Identify **inventory shrinkage** and propose corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce losses.
- Prepare, review, and present detailed **audit reports** outlining audit methodology, findings, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with **Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain** teams to ensure proper inventory handling and documentation.
- Ensure **compliance** with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with **industry best practices** and relevant **auditing and accounting standards** for inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in stock/inventory auditing, accounting, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and audit procedures.
- Proficient in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- High level of **integrity and ethical standards**.

Pay: ₹12,000.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month
