You'll work closely with enterprise clients to help them integrate, debug, and optimize Writesonic's AI SEO solutions while collaborating with our product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless technical experience.This role is ideal for a software engineer who enjoys solving real customer problems, communicating complex ideas simply, and bridging the gap between code and client needs.What You'll DoServe as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers—helping them set up and integrate WritesonicDebug issues across code, infrastructure, and integrations; perform root cause analyses at both code and infra levelsBuild internal tools and automation to reduce support burden and streamline workflowsJump on sales calls to handle technical objections and demonstrate product capabilitiesWork cross-functionally with product, success, and engineering teams to resolve complex challengesTranslate customer needs into actionable technical feedback for product and engineering teamsDevelop scripts, proof-of-concept integrations, and tools to support customer implementationsDeliver clear technical documentation, video walkthroughs, and best practices for clientsTrain sales team on technical features and competitive differentiatorsRequirementsWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer in a SaaS environmentStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills with experience handling systems at scaleProven experience performing root cause analyses for code-level and infra-level issuesProficiency in Python or JavaScript; ability to read and write production-quality codeExperience with APIs, webhooks, SSO implementations, and enterprise integrationsFamiliarity with AWS, monitoring tools, and basic DevOps practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience working directly with enterprise customers or in client-facing technical rolesComfortable with ambiguity, context switching, and wearing multiple hatsAvailable to work US hours (PST/EST overlap)BenefitsWhy Join Writesonic?Be part of the AI search revolution, building solutions at the cutting edge of GEO and SEOWork directly with founders and shape how Fortune 500 companies use AI searchYour solutions become product features that impact thousands of customersRemote-first culture with flexibility and ownershipIdeal Fit You're a problem-solver who loves variety—one day debugging API integrations, the next helping a marketing team understand AI visibility.
