Job Description Job Title: Streaming & Digital Signage Engineer Event Solutions Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Streaming & Digital Signage Engineer to join our Event Solutions team. This role is responsible for designing, operating, and maintaining enterprise video infrastructure that enables seamless virtual, hybrid, and live communications across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with streaming platforms, digital signage, and live event production systems. Key Responsibilities: Plan, set up, and operate live and hybrid events, ensuring high-quality streaming and broadcast delivery. Configure and manage video infrastructure, including Qumu, vMix, Appspace, IPTV, and AVoIP systems (NDI, Dante). Support video capture, encoding/decoding, and signage deployments across cloud and on-premise environments. Perform system analysis, documentation, and infrastructure implementation for streaming and signage services. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure platform stability and event success. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio/video signals, network connectivity, and system performance. Operate virtual production studios and manage live video/audio feeds. Provide post-event reviews, technical insights, and improvement recommendations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Electronics, Media Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise streaming, live event production, or digital signage management. Strong knowledge of AVoIP protocols, network data flows, and Windows/Linux server administration. Familiarity with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and IT infrastructure environments. Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, iMovie). Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and communication skills.
