Job Title: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

Experience: 12-18 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing an inside sales team in the software services industry

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Establish a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and ensure competitiveness
Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and quotas
2. Lead Generation and Qualification:
Oversee the generation and qualification of inbound leads.
Develop and refine lead qualification criteria to align with company goals.
Ensure effective follow-up on leads and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
3. Leadership and Team Development:
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing inside sales team, focusing on achieving both individual and team targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to support team members' career growth.
Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the sales team.
Hire, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
4. Pipeline and Revenue Management:
Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring high-quality and timely follow-up.
Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and forecast sales activities.
Identify key metrics and analyze sales performance data to optimize processes and improve conversion rates.
5. Reporting and Sales Analytics:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Use data analytics to identify patterns, improve processes, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Expertise in CRM software and Lead Generation Tools.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt sales strategies in response to changing market dynamics.
Knowledge of digital sales techniques, including lead nurturing, social selling, and data-driven sales optimization.
