Job OverviewAct as the primary technical interface for customers' design teams, product development engineers, and quality teams.Promote Lumileds solutions, identify application opportunities, and support new business development.Analyze quality trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).Support customer audits (IATF16949, ISO9001) and internal QMS initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Support Automotive Lighting and General Illumination OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Setmakers in integrating Lumileds products.Manage communication between customers and Lumileds' global engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.Monitor and manage Product Change Notifications (PCN) and Product Termination Notices (PTN).Support customer Safe Launch and early-life production activities.Represent the customer's voice internally to ensure product performance and quality reliability.Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and failure analyses.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent technical knowledge of automotive lighting and general illumination systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and project management skills.Benefits:Collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
