Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant - HCM CloudFusion HCM Sr. Technical Consultant is responsible for technical development and support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, particularly in the Payroll area.This role requires strong technical experience in US and Canada Payroll, including Fast Formula development and BIP/OTBI development and support. The ideal candidate should have excellent SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming skills, as well as experience with HDL and HCM Extracts.Apart from technical skills, this position also demands strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with good communication and documentation skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from the business, documenting these in technical specifications, and performing uniting/regression testing of RICE components.Additionally, they will analyze the impact of technical changes in Fast Formulas, lead meetings to resolve priority issues, ensure data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts, and provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical development and support.Experience working on Pay slip template customizations, preparing technical required documents, and coordinating with team regarding required open tickets is highly desirable.
