Job Title: Senior HCM Cloud ConsultantThis is a senior role requiring an experienced consultant with extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in the area of US and Canada Payroll.A key responsibility will be to implement solutions that meet client needs, leveraging technical skills to drive business outcomes.The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, including set up and configuration for US and Canada regions.Additionally, they will need strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll elements, as well as experience with fast formula writing.Familiarity with BIP and OTBI development, SDLC, and JIRA is also required.Key Responsibilities:Implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients in the US and Canada region.Configure payroll elements, including setup and maintenance.Develop and maintain fast formulas for payroll elements.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Perform regression testing of RICE components.Requirements:8+ years of experience in functional and technical roles within US and Canada Payroll.Strong understanding of payroll processes, including set up and configuration for US and Canada regions.Ability to develop and maintain complex fast formulas.Experience working with BIP and OTBI development, SDLC, and JIRA.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
