You'll have accelerated responsibility and the chance to build high-impact solutions.What You'll DoLead consulting workstreams from assessment through implementation.Partner with client stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and unlock value.Analyze spend data, supplier proposals, and industry benchmarks to drive recommendations.Develop negotiation strategies and support supplier execution.Build financial and operational models to size and validate opportunities.Help design and develop AI-led solutions that address recurring client challenges and scale beyond a single project.Contribute to business development and support our growth journey.What We're Looking For3–5 years' experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain, or operations.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with Excel mastery expected.Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and present insights clearly.Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership-driven, and motivated to grow faster than at a large firm.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in RFx management, tail spend analysis, exposure to diverse categories, and extensive working knowledge of PowerPoint and Power BI.Why This Role MattersThis isn't just another consulting job.
