We are seeking a skilled Legal Consultant to join our team as a subject matter expert in the legal and regulatory space.This role involves collaborating with business analysts and legal experts to standardize activities across multiple siloed legal processes in different countries, focusing on the legal primary sources workflow.Working with business analysts and legal experts to analyze individual countries' primary source workflows, data, and filesCollaborating with business analysts to create consolidated and standardized processes and data based on individual countries' processes, highlighting instances where local countries cannot conform to standardsProducing deliverables for standardized processes (with the support of business analysts), including but not limited to:Process documentation (as-is documentation and to-be process design)Spreadsheets containing standardized data elements for various processesUnderstanding the status of standardization efforts across all active countries and reporting this to program leadershipAttending regular Program Board meetings and serving as legal expert representativeAttending regular Operational Committee meetings and serving as legal expert representativeAttending and contributing to meetings between business analysts and clients to provide guidance and contextTo succeed in this role, you will require:Experience as a legal expert, specifically in primary sources of law in the European regionExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Excellent presentation skills, including creating and delivering presentationsBilingualism (EU languages/German/Dutch) or proficiency in English requiredExperience in legal business process consulting is essentialA proactive approach to communication and problem-solvingPlease submit your resume to the specified contact.
