The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, identifying control gaps, coordinating audits, and supporting implementation of compliance programs across departments.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologiesEnsure adherence to international standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 9001Coordinate audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or Quality ManagementLean Six Sigma Yellow, Green Belt or Black Belt certification requiredCertification in ISO 27001 or ISO 9001 highly preferredMinimum 5-7 years of experience in a compliance, process improvement, internal audit, or risk management rolePreferred Skills:Strong understanding of ISO standards and regulatory frameworksExperience in developing and delivering training programsProficiency in process mapping tools, document control systems, and audit softwareWe are seeking an exceptional individual who can bring their expertise in process excellence to our organization.
