Job Role PurposeTo discover and assess potential franchise partners across regions to drive business growth for wellness services, vacation homes of a reputed brand, ensure alignment with brand standards, and achieve franchise sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Wellness SPA and Salon Investment Sales & OnboardingIdentify prospective investors, entrepreneurs, and business associates to invest in Franchise Business for wellness SPA, Salons and vacation homes.Presentation of the franchise model, investment requirements, ROI projections, and business support to potential partners.Management of end-to-end franchise Investment sales process — from lead generation to deal closure and agreement signing.Leadership of the Tele Calling Sales team to convert leads into SalesLead Management & ConversionGeneration of leads through digital campaigns, franchise portals, exhibitions, brokers, and referral networks. Collaboration with Performance Marketing agencies for smooth sales leads.Qualification of leads, arrangement of meetings/presentations, and follow up diligently to maximize conversion rates.Maintenance of a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.Documentation & AgreementsCoordination with legal and finance teams to prepare franchise agreements, MoUs, and related documentation.Ensuring all franchise agreements are compliant with brand policies and legal norms.Coordination with Internal TeamsWork closely with operations, projects, and marketing teams to ensure smooth pre-opening and launch of new franchise outlets.Feedback to marketing and product teams to align franchise offerings with market needs.Performance Tracking & ReportingMaintenance of weekly/monthly reports on franchise inquiries, conversion ratios, revenue targets, and pipeline health.Presentation of expansion performance and forecasts to management.Brand RepresentationRepresentation of the company at franchise expos, investor meets, and other networking events.Promotion of the brand's value proposition and support programs to potential franchisees.
