Job Title: Academic ManagerThe Academic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of curriculum and activities at centers. This involves supervising and auditing centres, working closely with Headmistress and Teachers staff, providing timely information and feedback to the Headmistress, and developing virtual learning curriculum.Key Responsibilities:Implementing curriculum and activities across centres.Supervising and conducting audits of centres.Maintaining close communication channels with Headmistress and Teachers staff, including regular reporting.Providing prompt information and feedback to the Headmistress.Developing virtual learning curriculum.Organizing and implementing curriculum meets across India.Coordinating with HM and Principal on a day-to-day basis as required.Managing centre-related data, including collection and maintenance.Monitoring admissions at centres.Supporting centres in publicity through events for admissions.Setting up new centres and training.Providing hand-holding and training to new HMs until they settle.Building mutual trust and respect.Maintaining confidentiality.Aiding the Headmistress in problem-solving rather than giving direction.Practicing active listening and taking feedback seriously.Ensuring student safety and setting clear boundaries.Being dependable and consistent in attending meetings at the Head office.Providing regular progress reports to the Department head.Adhering to all policies and guidelines.Developing and monitoring various events throughout the year.Training development and execution.Interviews and appointments of Headmistresses.Regularly updating dockets and presentations for PJK.Analysing and maintaining important facts and details from centres with mentors.Reporting to the Director with regular updates.Maintaining social media platforms of Prep.Responding to parent queries and concerns to ensure quality.Marketing-related workshop development.Development of collaterals for Prep publicity.Creation of Prep-related materials such as annual planners and holiday lists.
