Role Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Manufacturing to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations at our facility in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing supply chain practices, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead production planning, and ensure the smooth functioning of manufacturing operations to meet company objectives and client needs. Qualifications - Strong skills in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations. - Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations Management and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Experience in Supply Chain Management and optimizing operational workflows. - Proven leadership and team management capabilities in manufacturing settings. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Prior experience in industrial equipment manufacturing and export industries is a plus. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - should have experience in production in heavy metal industry
