Role Overview: Zevonate Technologies is seeking a passionate and visionary Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. This individual will work closely with the founder to drive the company’s technological vision and strategy, fostering innovation and leading our tech initiatives across India, MENA and US. We are in talks with VCs to raise first round with two verbal commitments as well.
Key Responsibilities:
·       Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the development of AI, ML, NLP, and other next-gen technologies to create innovative products that meet market needs. Define and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning it with business goals to ensure a product-first approach.
·       Technical Leadership: Oversee the entire technology stack, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team to develop state-of-the-art AI and analytics solutions.
·       Innovation and R&D: Spearhead research and development efforts to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into the product suite.
·       Long-Term Growth: Strategize for long-term tech advancements, focusing on sustainable growth and innovation. Drive the tech vision that positions the company as a market leader in AI and analytics for manufacturing, retail, and healthcare industries.
·       Partnerships and Ecosystem Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with top academic institutions, research labs, and industry players.
·       Operational Excellence: Ensure that tech operations run efficiently, meeting all timelines and budget constraints. Implement best practices in software development, deployment, and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
·      Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Preference for candidates from IIT, NIT, or other top engineering institutions. Ph.D. in AI, ML, NLP, or related disciplines is highly desirable.
·      Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in AI, ML, or analytics-driven companies. Proven track record of building and scaling technology products in fast-paced environments.
·      Skills: Deep expertise in AI, ML, NLP, and other advanced technologies. Strong understanding of product development cycles, from ideation to deployment.
·      Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
