Lead architectural discussions, making informed decisions about technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.

Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- **Security and Compliance**:Lead efforts to ensure the security and compliance of our technology solutions, working closely with cybersecurity teams.

Develop and implement security policies, practices, and protocols to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
- **Innovation and Research**:Encourage a culture of innovation within the technical teams, fostering an environment where new ideas are explored and tested.

Oversee research and development efforts to explore and assess new technologies that can drive competitive advantage.
- **Budgeting and Resource Allocation**:Manage the technology budget, allocating resources effectively to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

Monitor and report on budget performance, making recommendations for optimizing resource utilization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a technology leader with a strong track record of innovation and technical excellence.
- Deep understanding of software development, architecture, and engineering principles.
- Experience with leading and managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in security, compliance, and data protection.

**Preferred**:

- Master's degree or MBA with a technology focus.
- Experience with scaling technology solutions in a rapidly growing company.
- Previous experience in a CTO or senior technology leadership role.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, etc.
