About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using PeopleSoft and related technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deliver processes to pull staff demographic data from PeopleSoft, and load historical data from a SQL Server database to PeopleSoft.Produce completed and well-tested programs that meet user satisfaction and acceptance, and precisely reflect the requirements from technical specifications.Take functional specifications and develop high-quality technical specifications from functional specifications.Enable workflow in certain areas of the system.Adhere to project schedules and report progress regularly.Prepare technical documents like technical specifications, flow diagrams, ER diagrams, user manuals etc.Prepare CMM required documentation for projects, when applicable.Conduct Peer Review on Code and Test Cases prepared by other team members, to assess quality and compliance with coding standards.Communicate proactively with other team members and team lead. Requirements:Education and Experience:Bachelor or Master degree.+8 years of IT experience.+5 years relevant experience in building PeopleSoft systems using PeopleSoft and Database technologies.Technical Skills:Excellent knowledge of PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Application Designer, Peoplecode, SQR and overall excellent technical skills on the Peoplesoft Development platform.Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle platform.Expertise in SQR programming for producing complex reports and batch processes.Expertise with Peoplesoft Mobile / Fluid technologies.Peoplesoft Workflow knowledge expected and working knowledge would be desirable.Sufficient knowledge and working experience with rule-based systems.Knowledge of Peoplesoft HR table infrastructure.Skills and Qualifications:Proven and demonstrated experience in full system development life cycle – Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance.Sound understanding of and implementation experience with issue tracking, and source code repository.Fluent in English.
