Customer Centric Quality SpecialistWe are seeking a Customer Centric Quality Specialist to join our team.Capture and deploy real-time Voice-of-Customer (VOC) data to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) for top complaints.Develop and implement Field Quality Command Center: Bring visibility to customer concerns at plant level, monitor effectiveness of closed issues; lead 8D for critical issues , FRACAS monitoring.Warranty Optimization: Reduce warranty cost and defects, monitor issue closure and effectiveness & predictive analytics for plants and First Goods suppliers.Key Responsibilities:Review mechanism: Chair reviews with multiple plants, R&D, Service; align on Critical-To-Quality flow-down from VOC to design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).Zero-Recall Culture: Monitor no fault forward culture , review poka-yoke , built in quality; target zero safety recalls, Zero Defect On Arrival.Team & Metrics: Coordinate with multiple plants drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Cost of poor Quality, Part return, Defect on arrival, Social media ratings, develop strategy for customer delight.This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's quality and customer satisfaction.
