Job Description:
As an IT Staffing Business Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new US clients for AllianceIT by making outbound phone calls from India. You will focus on generating leads, setting up initial call schedules, and building relationships with potential clients who require IT resources from LATAM countries. This role is crucial for expanding our presence in the US market and driving the growth of our IT staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential US clients who require IT resources, particularly from LATAM countries. Use various sources such as LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and other lead generation tools.
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US to introduce AllianceIT’s IT staffing services, focusing on providing remote IT consultants, engineers, and developers from LATAM.
Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their IT staffing needs, present AllianceIT’s capabilities, and schedule initial meetings or calls with the US-based business development team.
Database Management: Maintain and update a database of potential clients, track communication history, and follow up as needed to ensure continuous engagement.
T arget Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
Collaboration: Work closely with the US-based business development team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and assist in follow-up as necessary.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, call outcomes, and client engagement metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of remote IT staffing solutions.
Familiarity with the US IT market and knowledge of LATAM IT talent pool is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
