Business Growth Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a key player in our advisory team, you will be responsible for helping clients establish Singapore-based holding companies.You will be a licensed advisor, guiding clients through the process of creating pre-incorporation sandbox businesses, structuring shareholders and directors, signing early letters of intent (LOIs) and preparing agreements, and formalising their holding companies with comprehensive support.Your role includes introducing qualified stakeholders to explore Singapore structures, nurturing leads from your network into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation, following up with prospects, sharing proposals, and closing deals. You will also attend regular training sessions and contribute to advisory townhalls, providing one-on-one guidance to clients alongside our Singapore-based team, and growing your own book of business and building a repeatable referral network.In return, you'll receive competitive commission payouts (25%-30%) on services and annual plans, structured onboarding training, sales scripts, live support, your own invite links and dashboard to track performance, access to proprietary tools like our sandbox, document engine, and AI prompts, the possibility of retainers or fixed salary contracts after consistent performance, and a genuine path to build a six-figure advisory business from your region.
